Requirements for Ice Maker:

To be eligible in for Ice Cream Maker strong command of the English language and should be well-prepared to contribute effectively in a work environment that demands attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The educational background of a college or CEGEP degree, or equivalent experience, which has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills required. Besides this should have 7 months to less than 1 year of professional experience.

In terms of work site environment, you have to deal with odours and working in cold or refrigerated conditions. you should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.

Personal suitability is also necessary as you should have an excellent oral and written communication skills. Effectively convey ideas and information, ensuring clarity and understanding among team members and stakeholders. Moreover, should be dedicated team player, always ready to collaborate and support others in achieving common goals.

Responsibilities:

Perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Record production information accurately, including output quantities, downtime, and any issues encountered during the process.
Clean machines and immediate work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Inform the supervisor promptly about any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities to prevent further complications.
Make necessary adjustments to process variables, such as temperature, pressure, or speed, to optimize production quality and efficiency.
Maintain a shift log of production data, including key metrics and observations, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines according to specific requirements and product specifications.
Operate machines involved in blending, flavoring, conditioning, drying, flattening, stripping, or cutting raw tobacco leaves to ensure proper processing and packaging.
